Omachi Consulting is a strategic planning and marketing consultancy. It was set up in December 2008 by Nick Baker after 20 years’ experience in a variety of senior management roles covering strategy, business planning, competitive intelligence and project management in the insurance industry.  The company works only with a select group of experienced, tried and trusted partners and associates in a wide range of business disciplines who have a demonstrable track-record of success over many years.

Omachi offers a broadly based range of consultancy solutions in strategic planning, marketing, research, competitive intelligence, and e-business (web design and optimisation). These are tailored to the specific needs of individual businesses or projects.

• How we do it
We take a personal approach by getting to know your business, its market and your people. Following an initial meeting - without obligation - we produce a brief outlining the issues as we see them, the possible options and the proposed work and costing for each. Once the brief is agreed, we then apply the right team of partners and manage their work to agreed timeframes and cost from start to finish using Prince2 project methodology.
